Steezy Grizzlies - Kill All Bears (Review)

Reviewing local music is something that we have always wanted to do but shied away from because we didn't want to burn any bridges or hurt anybody's feelings. It's hard to criticize somebody's art because they're artists...and they're sensitive about their shit. But that's another post for another day. Steezy personally asked me to review his project so...here goes nothing..

The tape started out very strong and really set the tone for the entire project. Actually I'm lying, the single Fitness, produced that dropped back in February set the tone for the project. I love it when music has great production, that's really something hard to come by in the local music scene.

The entire project flowed together so naturally and I could really tell that he took his time and was patient in putting this project together. There wasn't a track that I didn't like and there wasn't a track that I wanted to skip...that literally never happens. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked this project but when I tell you its GREAT that's an understatment....okay I lied I didn't like the cover art..but fuck it

RATING: 9.5/10 (no sice)
